NaY分子筛去除水中氨氮的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 氨氮是水体中的主要污染物之一,对NaY分子筛吸附氨氮进行了初步研究,研究了pH值、分子筛用量、吸附时间、吸附温度、溶液中共存阳离子对吸附的影响,并获得了分子筛吸附氨氮的吸附容量。实验结果表明:pH值为8.55时,分子筛对氨氮吸附效果最好,去除率达83.07%;吸附时间对分子筛吸附氨氮的影响不明显;70℃左右时去除率较好;共存金属阳离子均有利于提高氨氮去除率,由大到小依次为:Zn2+>Ca2+>Mg2+>Cu2+;随分子筛用量增加,去除率增加,吸附容量降低,确定最佳分子筛用量为1.0 g/100 mL;NaY分子筛对氨氮具有较好的吸附效果,吸附容量高达210.32 mg/g. Ammonia nitrogen is one of the major water pollutants,the ammonia nitrogen in wastewater which is adsorbed by NaY molecular sieve was elementarily studied.The effects of the amount of molecular sieves,pH,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,the coexistence of cations in solution on the adsorption of NaY molecular sieve were all studied.The results expatiate when pH is 8.55,removal radio of ammonia nitrogen reaches the maximum,the removal radio reaches 83.07%;The adsorption time has almost no obvious effect.When the temperature is 70 ℃,the removal radio is better.all ions are advantageous to absorption of sodium zeolite,descending order: Zn^2+ 〉Ca^2+ 〉Mg^2+〉 Cu^2+;As the concentration adsorption increases,the removal radio increases,but the capability of absorption decreses,the optimum mass of NaY is 1.0 g/100mL;the NaY molecular sieves has better adsorption on ammonia nitrogen,and the adsorption capacities reach 210.32 mg/g.
