摘要
为了解医卫人员对社区家庭病床在社区卫生服务中心的功能意向，为发展社区卫生服务提供理论基础，本文采用了整群分层抽样方法，对徐州市市区二级医院卫生管理人员、家庭病床医护人员、其他科室医护人员进行了社区家庭病床社会功能意向调查。结果显示：７８．６％ 的人员认为社区家庭病床在社区卫生服务方面（如方便病人和病人家属、省钱、省力、省心、避免院内感染等）作用很大。结合三类人员的总体认知和徐州市目前的状况，如果徐州市要大力发展家庭病床，推进社区卫生服务全面开展，应在领导重视、建立完善的卫生服务网络、培养全科医学人才、出台相应的政策、规范和制度等方面加强基础工作。
To understanding health staffs intention of family beds function in community health service,a investigation of the family beds social function was adopted among the health administrative staffs,a investigation of the family beds social function was adopted among the health administrative staffs,family beds doctors and murses and other departmentw in second class hospital in Xuzhous urban.The result shows that78.6percent of them believe community family bed make a important role in the community health service,giving the patients and their family alot of comvenience,saving money,labor,and worry,Combining ghree kinds of peoples overallacknowledge and the current situation in Xuzhou,if we tend to develop family bed in Xuzhou city and advance development of community health service network,train qualificd persons of general practice,制定constitute corresponding policy and system.
