摘要
真善美作为一种道德共识、道德态度和价值关切,是对优秀伦理文化的提取和弘扬。辅导员应该在与学生的交往过程中以"真"、"善"、"美"作为职业道德修养的终极目标,做真善美的践行者。"真"要求辅导员不仅要自己言行一致,而且要了解、把握学生的真实情况,同时教书育人的内容要真;"善"要求辅导员对学生施以仁爱,同时要把握慈善的尺度;"美"要求辅导员做到着装美、仪容美、仪态美和语言美,能够处处带给学生以美感。
The true,the good and the beautiful as a moral consensus,moral attitudes and values,is to extract and carry forward the excellent ethical culture.The counselor should be in the process of interaction with the students to ＂true＂,＂good＂ and ＂beautiful＂ as the ultimate goal of professional ethics,to do the practitioner of good and the beautiful.＂True＂ requests counselors not only to practice what they preach,but also to understand and grasp the real situation of the students,teaching and educating to be true;＂good＂ requires counselors to be imposed on students to love,to grasp the scale of charity;＂Beautiful＂ requirements of the counselors to do the dress America,America appearance,deportment and language,can everywhere bring the beauty to students.
