摘要
自20世纪80年代耳穴诊治学正式确立以来，理论、临床及基础等多个领域的研究工作取得了长足的发展。本文从耳穴的理论基础、动物实验研究及临床应用研究等方面对目前耳穴预防化疗致消化道反应的现状进行概括和总结，对目前研究中存在的一些不足和问题进行思考，并对今后的研究工作做了展望。
Since the formal establishment of ear acupuncture theory in 1980＇s, the researchers carried out a great deal of work in theoretical clinical and basic fields and made great achievements. This paper summarized the research status of ear acupuncture theory from the perspectives of theoretical foundation, animal experiment and clinical application, thought over the existing problems and shortcoming and prospected the future work.
