摘要
用明尼苏达多项个性测试表(MMPI)对162例坚持练功达3年以上及63例准备练气功的正常人进行测试,发现气功组Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pt、Sc、Ma、Si得分显著低于对照组,Mf、Pa与对照组无显著差异。上述结果表明,良好的气功锻炼可能对人的个性心理产生积极影响,使人的个性趋于优化,但要坚持练功3~5年以上才可能有效。
In Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory (MMPI) test in 162 subjects who have practised qigong for more than three years and 63 normal adults who plan to practise qigong,it was found that the scores in Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Pt,Sc,Ma and Si were obviously lower in the practice group than in the control group,but no significant difference in Mf and Pa with the control group.The above results showed that good qigong practice could probably bring an active influence on the individual psychology of human beings to optimize personality.Howerer,only by persistent practice for 3~5 years can good effect be obtained.
