摘要
回顾分析用中西医结合法治疗妇产科术后血栓性静脉炎１４例，急性期在西药控制感染、抗凝的同时，用中药清热解毒、凉血化瘀；慢性期在西药抗凝、抗血栓、增强机体抵抗力的同时，用中药活血化瘀、利湿通络。结果：痊愈１０例，有效３例，无效１例。
In the treatment of 141 cases of thrombophlebitis after gynecotokologic surgery by the integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicines,in the acute stage,western medications were used to control infection and prevent coagulation,together with Chinese herbal drugs to clear away heat,remove toxin,cool blood and resolve stasis;and in the chronic stage,western medications were used to prevent coagulation and thrombus and to enhance the body resistance in combination with Chinese herbal drugs to activate blood,resolve stasis,eliminate wetness and dredge collaterals.The results showed recovery in 10 cases,effectiveness in 3 cases and failure in 1 case.
