摘要
为比较凉血化瘀法和补肾法对肾小球肾炎患者血清白蛋白含量的影响，采用肾毒血清性肾小球肾炎大鼠模型，以用赵绍琴“肾炎１号”方（由小蓟、赤芍、丹参、紫草等组成）为凉血化瘀法治疗组，用“六味地黄丸”为补肾法治疗组，同时设病理组与正常组，各组分别于实验的第１、４、８周测定血清白蛋白含量，并进行组间比较。结果：凉血化瘀法治疗组血清白蛋白含量明显高于病理组及补肾法治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示凉血化瘀法可明显改善肾小球肾炎低蛋白血症，作用强于补肾法。
In order to compare the influence between the blood cooling and stasis resolving therapy and the kidney tonifying therapy on the content of serum albumin in glomerulonephritis in rats,the rat model with nephrotoxic glomerulonephritis was used for the treatment group of the blood cooling and stasis resolving therapy by application of ZHAO Shao qins “Nephritis Formula 1”(composed of Herba Cephalanoploris,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Arnebiae seu Lithospermi,etc.),for the treatment group of the kidney tonifying therapy by “Six lngredients and Rehmannia Pills”,together with the pathologic group and normal group.The albumin contents were determined and compared among various groups respectively in the 1 st ,4 th and 8 th week of the experiment.The results showed that the albumin content was remarkably higher in the group of the blood cooling and stasis resolving therapy than in the pathologic group and the group of the kidney tonifying therapy,indicating that the blood cooling and stasis resolving therapy could remarkably improve hypoproteinemia in glomerulonephritis,more effective than the kidney tonifying therapy
