中央空调冷冻水干管压差及温差控制节能研究 被引量:4

Energy Saving of the Control Strategy of Main Pipe Differential Pressure and Differential Temperature on Chilled Water in Central Air-condition Systems

摘要 本文结合某教学楼中央空调节能改造工程,基于空调负荷特性,分析不同冷冻水泵变频控制方式的节能性,分析不同控制方式对水泵及机组能耗的影响,计算综合节能率,并结合工程实际得出最优控制方式为干管定温差控制(综合节能率为60.5%)。 The water stability,energy-saving performance and the effects of energy consumption of pumps and chillers under conditions of different frequency conversion control strategies are analysed,which is based on the air conditioning load in the central air conditioning energy-saving renovation project of a special teaching building.Comprehensive energy saving rate is calculated and the control strategy of main pipe constant differential temperature whose comprehensive energy saving rate is 60.5% is determined as the optimum control strategy.
