Application of new nano-porous energy saving material on 300kA pots

摘要 目前铝电解生产中能量利用率低,只有48%左右。河南豫港龙泉铝业有限公司近期和贵阳某公司合作在电解槽中应用纳米孔超级绝缘保温材料,在槽壳内进行电解全槽保温技术生产实践,节能效果非常明显。 At present, the energy utilization rate is only 48% during aluminium reduction. Henan Yuganglongquan Aluminium Co, Ltd, applied nano - porous heat insulation materials to pots, cooperating with a certain company in Guiyang. After production practice, it was showed that energy saving effect was obvious.
