新辅助化疗联合手术治疗局部晚期直肠癌的临床疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价新辅助化疗联合手术治疗局部进展期直肠癌的临床效果。方法97例中晚期直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组49例，术前给予FOLFOX4（奥沙利铂＋氟尿嘧啶＋亚叶酸钙）方案化疗2周期，化疗结束后4～6周行直肠癌根治术。对照组48例，仅行直肠癌根治术。结果治疗组患者的保肛率为67．3％，显著高于对照组的37．5％（P〈0．01）。治疗组的直肠癌根治率为89．7％显著高于对照组的68．8％（P〈0．05），淋巴结转移率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗组的有效率（art）为83．7％，明显高于对照组的58．3％（P〈0．01）。且治疗组患者有9例（18．4％）出现病理学完全缓解（pCR）高于对照组的2例（P〈0．05）。结论新辅助化疗联合手术可以提高直肠癌手术切除率及保肛率，减少淋巴结转移、提高疗效，可作为直肠癌的一种辅助治疗方法。
