摘要
本实验共用家兔36只,结扎其左冠状动脉心室支造成急性心肌缺血性损伤,以心电图ST_(11)、STavF段电位变化为指标,观察激光针内关等穴位对家兔急性缺血性心肌损伤的影响。实验观察到激光针内关穴有促进急性缺血性心肌损伤恢复的作用,而激光针足三里组、非经穴组和对照组的作用则不明显,提示手厥阴心包经内关穴的作用具有相对特异性.
The authors observed in the experiment the effect of laser acupuncture at Neiguan (P6) on the acute ischemic myocardial damage in rabbits. Thirty-six mongrel rabbits, which were made suffering from acute ischemic myocardial damage by applying the method of ligating the LAD coronary artery, were used in the experiment and the potential changes of the ST values (II, avF) were used as the indexes. The experiment confirmed that laser acupuncture at Neiguan point could help relieve acute ischemic myocardial damage, but laser acupuncture at Zusanli (St 36) or non- acupoints showed no effect. The results suggest that there was relative specificity of the effect of Neiguan point of the Pericardium Channel of Hand-jueyin.
