摘要
以菱镁矿和白云石尾矿为原料,通过调整煅烧温度制备了新型生态膨胀剂,用以补偿大体积混凝土由于温度应力引起的收缩。通过差热-热重、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和液相电导率法等手段对不同温度煅烧所得的产物进行表征分析,并研究它在水泥浆体中的膨胀性能。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高颗粒尺寸变大,晶体趋于完整,结构越来越致密,活性越来越差。水化早期,膨胀率随着煅烧温度的升高而减小;水化后期,膨胀率随着煅烧温度的升高而增大。掺量增大,膨胀率越大。提高养护温度,膨胀率增加比较明显,膨胀加速期缩短,膨胀稳定所需时间减少。
A novel ecological expansive agent was prepared with magnesite tailings and dolomite tailings by adusting the calcination temperatureto compensate for the shrink caused by temperature stress in mass concrete.TG-DSC,X-ray diffraction,SEM and the liquid conductivity method were employed to investigate the characteristics of products from different calcination temperature,and the expansive behavior in cement paste was studied.The results showed that with the calcination temperature increasing the particle size of expansive agents increased,the crystal structure tended to be more integrated and dense,the activity was worse.With the calcination temperature increasing,the expansion decreased at the early stage of the hydration of the expansive agents but it increased at the late stage of the hydration of expansive agents.With the amount of expansive agents increasing,the expansion increased correspondingly.When raising the curing temperature,the expansion ratio increased obviously,the acceleration period and time of obtaining stable expansion were shortened.
