摘要
在输水隧洞穿越八达岭高速公路时,为了保证路面下沉控制在一定的范围内,且保证地下管线的安全,采用盾构法施工方法。在穿越高速路时采用盾构隧道内注浆加固措施,提前进行地面雷达探测并保证施工的连续性;严格控制掘进土压力、掘进速度和出土量;严格控制盾尾同步注浆、二次补注浆和盾构掘进轴线,并采用合理的监控量测与应急预案。确保了输水工程高质量穿越八达岭高速公路,该方法和施工过程对于该类施工具有很好的示范和借鉴作用。
When the water conveyance tunnel crosses through Badaling Express Highway,the shield method is used in the construction to ensure that the submerged road could be controlled in a certain scope and the underground pipeline is in safety.The reinforcing measure of slurry-injection in shield tunnel is adopted while crossing through expressway,and ground radar detection is carried out in advance to promise the continuous construction.The tunnelling soil pressure,tunnelling speed and soil quantity should be controlled strictly.The timing slurry-injection on shield tail,secondary reslurry-injection and shield tunnelling axis should be also controlled strictly.Then the reasonable monitoring measurement and emergency preparation should be adopted to ensure that the water conveyance project could cross through Badaling Express Highway with high quality.The method and construction process could provide very good references for similar constructions.
