摘要
从设计、安装、运行方面对某电厂蒸汽管道在暖管过程中发生倒塌事故进行分析,认为暖管速度过快和水击现象是导致此类事故的主要原因,提出了对设计进行专家评估会审,对管道元件质量、安装质量严把关,并制定科学合理的暖管规范等解决措施,通过实施以上各项措施消除了此类安全隐患,使管道正常运行。
This thesis tries to analyze the collapse of one power plant's stream pipes in the process of heating pipes from the perspectives of design, installation and operation. From the analysis and discussion, we believe that the main reasons that lead to this accident are the rapid speed in heating pipes and the water hammer. Put forward joint hearing of an expert assessment of the design, improve the pipe components quality and installation quality, and to develop a scientific heating pipes rule, by implementing the above measures to eliminate these security risks, the pipeline will be normal operation.
