摘要
目前国内大型挤压设备都采用安全离合器作为连接形式。在介绍了聚丙烯装置挤出机ZSK-280中PPF-272型安全离合器结构及工作原理的基础上,就安全离合器摩擦片国产化研制中材料选择和参数计算等进行了详细分析,并对国产摩擦片应用进行了分析介绍。国产摩擦片在实际生产使用中验证,达到了理想的效果。国产摩擦片的研制成功,具有很好的技术推广应用价值。
Safety clutch is used as connection in all of large extruding equipment in China. Based on the introduction of structure and mechanism of safety clutch in ZSK-280 and PPF-272 extruding machines used in polypropylene plant, the material selection and parameter calculation in home-making development of safety clutch were analyzed, and the home-made friction disk was introduced. It has been proved ideal to use Home-made friction disk from practical application. The success of home-making development of friction disk is valuable in engineering application.
