摘要
目的 :判断眼组织是否具有合成TNF α和IL 2的功能。方法 :3只猕猴 6只眼。实验使用原位杂交和免疫组化方法。结果 :正常猕猴眼组织存在TNF α和IL 2mRNA的阳性表达 ,同时眼组织具有IL 2Rα蛋白表达。结论 :正常眼组织具有自分泌TNF α和IL 2细胞因子的功能。
Objective:To evaluate the function of syntheses of TNF α and IL 2 in Rhesus Monkeys′ eyes.Methods:The tissues of 6 eyes were examined with immunohistochemistry and hybridization in situ.Results:The levels of both TNF α and IL 2 mRNA expressions were positive in normal Rhesus Monkeys′ eyes and the level of IL 2Rα protein expression was also positive.Conclusion:Normal ocular tissues of Rhesus Monkey can synthesize TNF α and IL 2 by autocrine stimulation.
