摘要
研究了BT25y钛合金精锻棒材的组织与力学性能。结果表明:具有网篮组织和等轴组织的BT25y钛合金精锻棒材室温、高温拉伸性能较好,且两者拉伸性能十分接近,而魏氏组织的断面收缩率和延伸率较低,表现出较差的塑性;魏氏组织、网篮组织和等轴组织在400℃温度、700 MPa应力条件下均具有较好的持久性能;在400℃温度、380 MPa应力、100 h蠕变条件下,魏氏组织、网篮组织具有较好的蠕变性能,等轴组织的蠕变性能则相对较差。
In this paper, we made a study on relation of structure and performance of the BT25y titanium alloy. The experiment results show that the basketweave microstructure and equiaxed microstructure have almost same tensile strength at room and high temperature while area reduction of the widmanstatten structure is obviously low; The widmanstatten structure, the basketweave microstructure and equiaxed microstructure have better endurance under the condition of 700 MPa stress, 400 ℃ and 100 h; The widmanstatten structure and basketweave microstructure exhibits better creep performance under creeping condition of 380 MPa stress, 400 ℃ and 100 h ; The creep performance of equiaxed microstructure is relatively poor.
