摘要
通过多种杀生剂与膦酸盐—钼酸盐水稳剂在现场循环水样中的互溶试验、杀菌试验和缓蚀阻垢试验 ,筛选出适合以膦酸盐为水稳剂主要成分的循环冷却水系统的非氧化性辅助杀生剂。这类杀生剂与水稳剂具有良好的协同效应 ,可用于配制集缓蚀、阻垢和杀菌灭藻三种功能于一体的多功能水稳剂。
Laboratory scale mixing, biocidal and synergistic corrosion and scale inhibition experiments are conducted to select suitable non oxidizing auxiliary biocides for a fertilizer plant cooling water treatment system using phosphonate molybdate salts as corrosion and scale inhibitor. The biocides selected could also be added to the original inhibitor formula to form a composite multifunctional cooling water treatment agent.
