运用资源可持续利用理论。分析了兰州市国土资源开发的优势及其限制因子，并明确提出本地区资源可持续利用的基本对策。
This paper analyzed the advantages and restrict factors for sustainable use of land resources in the city of Lanzhou. And applied the theory of sustainable development to. as well as put forward the basic countermeasures for sustainable use of land resources in the city.
