摘要
本文报导了四种补益类中药复方对正常及免疫受抑模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,这类复方对细胞免疫和体液免疫反应的作用在很大程度上取决于机体所处的机能状态.当机体处于免疫低下状态时则表现促进及调整作用,而当机体处于正常状态时则作用多不明显。因而作者认为本研究所见的补益类复方的免疫调整作用与中医理论“虚者补之”、“损者益之”是相吻合的。
This paper reports the immunoregulatory action of four kinds of compound tonic prescriptions. The preparation of each prescription was administered per os in mice at a dose of 0.6 ml/mouse for 8 days, and the immune functions were examined. The results were as follows: (1) These four kinds of prescriptions could all significantly enhance the ratio of ANAE positive lymphocytes of peripheral blood of immunosuppressive model mice by injecting cyclophosphamide and all could restore to normal level, but there was no effect on normal mice. (2) All of these prescriptions could markedly promote specific antibody production in spleen cells of immunosuppressive model mice, and three of them could enhance the antibody production to normal level. Only two of them could significantly promote the antibody production in normal mice. Our results showed that the effect of these four kinds of tonic prescriptions on cellular and humoral immunity generally depends on the state of animals. They might have promoting and regulating effect in immunosuppressive state but no effect was shown in normal state. It is thus possible to consider that the immunoregulatory action of compound tonic prescriptions might be identical with the TCM viewpoint that 'asthenia-syndrome should be treated with tonic therapy'.
