摘要
在概述自组织理论的基础上 ,根据分形理论在灾害学研究中的大量实际应用 ,初步揭示出了旱涝等灾害发生的自组织性质 。
In this paper, the theory of self organization is introduced and the characteristic of disaster self organization is revealed based on the application of fractal theory in study of disasters Further more, the significance and direction of the study on characteristics of disaster self organization in future are discussed
