摘要
目的:通过沟通,增进患儿家长对护士的信任,提高患儿家长满意度,减少护患矛盾,建立良好的护患关系。方法:从2011年1月~2011年12月对600余例较难说话患儿家长实施多种有效沟通。结果:99%以上患儿家长对护士的服务都非常满意。结论:儿科护士必须学会有效的沟通技巧,才能快速提高患儿家长的满意度。
Objective: To improve parents satisfaction, reduce nurse-patient conflicts, establish a good nurse-patient relationship through communication, enhance parents on nurses' trust . Methods: From 2011 January to 2011 December more than 600 cases of difficult to talk to parents of children with the implementation of a variety of effective communication. Results: more than 99% of children with parents on nurses are very satisfied with the services. Conclusions: Pediatric nurses must learn effective communication skill, could rapidly improve the satisfaction of parents of children with.
