摘要
以提高环境质量评价的空间信息处理与查询功能为目的，通过MapInfo50地理信息系统开发平台，结合W35.0编程软件、Access97数据库系统，将环境信息与地理图件有机的联系起来。通过界面友好的管理信息系统来实现信息数据输入、处理、结果输出等功能，使环境质量更形象、直观地反映出来，为区域环境治理、决策提供有利的依据。
In order to improve the function of dealing and inquiry in evaluation system for envimnrnntal quality, we comine the environrnental information with mhic rnaps by selecting Wn 98 as platform, VB 5. 0 as program and Access 97 as dstabase, and realize the data input, pmeessing, output by using a friendly - inteffoce easy - operation and safety computer rnanagement ioformation systern. It can tnake the environmental quality more vivid and direct and offe the foundation of regional economic development.
