大学生完美主义与拖延:成就动机的中介作用 被引量:43

Relationship Between Perfectionism and Procrastination in Undergraduate Students:Mediating Effect of Achievement Motivation

摘要 目的:以大学生为被试,探讨成就动机在完美主义与拖延之间的中介作用。方法:采用近乎完美量表修订版(APS-R)、一般拖延量表(GPS)和成就动机量表(AMS)对305名大学生进行测量。结果:①适应性完美主义与成就动机呈正相关,与拖延成负相关,非适应性完美主义与成就动机呈负相关,与拖延成正相关;②完美主义和成就动机对拖延均有预测作用,其中成就动机在适应性完美主义和非适应性完美主义对拖延的影响中均有部分中介作用。结论:成就动机在完美主义对拖延的影响中起部分中介作用。 Objective: To explore the mediating effect of achievement motivation on the relationship between perfectionism and procrastination among undergraduate students.Methods: The APS-R(the Almost Perfect Scale-Revised),GPS(General Procrastination Scale) and AMS(Achievement Motivation Scale) were administered to 305 university undergraduate students.Results: ①Significant positive correlation was found between adaptive perfectionism and achievement motivation,while the correlation between adaptive perfectionism and procrastination was negative;significant positive correlation emerged between maladaptive perfectionism and procrastination,while the correlation between maladaptive perfectionism and achievement motivation was negative;②Achievement motivation had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between adaptive perfectionism and procrastination,as well as between maladaptive perfectionism and procrastination.Conclusion: Achievement motivation has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between perfectionism and procrastination.
