摘要
针对传统的氟硼酸盐锡铅镀液中锡、铅含量的测定方法所存在的重现性差、测量结果不准确等缺点进行了改进。采用氟化铵作为掩蔽剂以消除Sn2 + 的影响 ,经多次试验 ,结果表明 :该方法简便易行、终点变色敏锐、准确度高。
In view of the weaknesses of poor repeatability and low accuracy in the traditional determination of tin and lead content in fluoborate tin-lead alloy bath, ammonium fluoride was added as masking agent to eliminate the disturbance of stannous ions. Repeated tests show that the modified method is easy to operate, and has obvious color change at end point and high accuracy.
