摘要
使用XLY -Ⅱ型流变仪研究了尼龙 11的流变特性。实验结果表明 ,尼龙 11为假塑性流体。在不同温度下 ,其非牛顿指数为 0 .6~ 0 .7。由于其表观粘流活化能较大 ,故熔体特性受温度影响较大。
The rheological characteristics of nylon 11 are studied by use of rheometer XLY-Ⅱ. The results show that nylon 11 is pesudoplasctic fluid, and the non-Newtonian index is from 0.6 to 0.7 at different temperature. Its apparent viscous flow activation energy is higher so the influence of temperature on characteristics of melt is stronger.
