摘要
陶瓷行业发展低碳经济已经成为一种必然的选择,但目前陶瓷市场还缺乏一个具有说服力陶瓷低碳经济的评价或鉴定标准,构建陶瓷低碳经济评价体系是有效开展陶瓷低碳认证和评估的前提工作。本文通过近两年的实地调查和理论研究,参考有关国家政策、法规和地方条例,结合行业实际,针对当前形势,从评价体系构建目标、构建原则、构建依据和构建方法等几个方面,对构建陶瓷业低碳经济评价体系框架,作出一些初步的探讨。
It has been an inevitable choice to develop the low carbon economy in the ceramic industry.However,there is a shortage of a convincing standard evaluating the low carbon economy of ceramic.Constructing the evaluation system is the precondition of authenticating and evaluating the low carbon ceramic industry effectively.Against this background,this paper constructs preliminarily the framework of the evaluation system of the low carbon economy in the ceramic industry through two years＇ survey and theoretical study,referring to some related national policies,laws and local rules,combining the factors of the profession and aiming at the present situation.This article from the evaluation system construction goal,construction principle,building foundation and construction method and other aspects,to construct the ceramic industry to a low carbon economy evaluation framework,to make some preliminary discussion.
