Unsteady State Reaction With Flow Reversal Technology Facing to Environmental Protection and Utilization of Poor Concentration Resources

摘要 本文报道在固定床气固反应器内,采用流向变换非定态操作方式,实现低浓度反应物高转化率放热反应的一系列研究,包括实验室、中试和模型化研究成果。结果表明,这一技术在大气污染治理和低品位资源利用方面具有广阔的应用前景。 This paper briefly presents results of studies on the performances of the catalytic reactors with flow reversal for oxidation of SO2 to SO3, methanol synthesis and catalytic combustion of waste gas containing volatile organics, respectively. Experimental investigation, pilot plant test and simulation study show that the fixed bed reactor with flow reversal operation can be prospectively used in controlling the pollution of the atmosphere and the production of chemicals from the mixture with poor concentration of reactants.
