就 6万 t/ a水溶液全循环尿素装置 ,对 CO2 压缩机、液氨泵、一甲泵、合成塔以及中低压吸收和分解系统改造 ,使生产能力达 10万 t/ a。
This paper has technical and economic analyses about urea capacity enlargement from 60 kt/a to 100 kt/a by modifying main units of 60 kt/a total solution recycling urea plant, such as CO 2 compressor, liquid ammonia pump,primary ammonium aminoformic pump, urea converter and medium and low pressure absorption and decomposition systems.
