摘要
叙述了铝氧化着色和封孔的基本原理 ,阐明了影响质量的一些关键问题。对电解着色的现状和发展趋势以及提高铝型材产量和效益提出了新见解。指出电解着浅色和深色是主要流行色 ,如钛金色、仿不锈钢色和纯黑色。提出铝型材生产走大型化、集团化是必由之路。
Basic principles of aluminium oxidation, coloration and sealing are described. A few key problems affecting the quality are elucidated. Some new ideals on present situation and development trend of electrolytic coloring, and on increasing the output and benefit of aluminium shaped materials are proposed. Electrolytic coloring shallow color and dark color, e.g. titanium golden color, imitating stainless stell color and pure black color being the main popular colors are pointed out. Large scale and group production being the only way for aluminium shaped materials production is proposed.
