摘要
文章利用中国黄土高原地区5个苹果主产省2006～2009年苹果种植投入产出的面板数据,运用随机前沿分析法(SFA)对主产省的苹果生产技术效率进行了对比分析,并对苹果生产技术效率在时间上、地区上的差异及收敛性进行了探讨。研究结果表明,中国苹果生产技术效率呈现波动性和地区间不平衡增长的特征,平均水平较低,而且有进一步降低的迹象;不同地区间的技术效率差异很大,各主产省的生产率分别朝着各自的均衡水平收敛,它们之间的生产率水平差距并没有缩小的趋势。
Based on the input-output panel data from 2006 to 2009,the paper applies SFA into the comparative analysis of the five major apple producing provinces in Chinese Plateau.It also probes into the convergence and the differences between time and geography.The results show that the technical efficiency had the properties of fluctuation and unbalanced regional growth.The average is lower,which indicated a further reduction.At the same time,the technical efficiency between different regions varies widely.The productivity of the provinces converged to their own equilibrium level,which indicates no further reduction trends.
