丹红注射液治疗合并2型糖尿病的冠心病心绞痛疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:对合并2型糖尿病的冠心病心绞痛患者进行丹红注射液治疗,对其疗效进行观察。方法:观察2011年5月—2011年9月于本院心内科住院的合并2型糖尿病的冠心病心绞痛患者80例,随机分为丹红治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。丹红治疗组给与常规治疗+丹红注射液治疗,对照组给予常规治疗+丹参注射液治疗,疗程2周。比较两组心绞痛发作频率及心电图ST段缺血改变情况。结果:两组治疗后心绞痛发作频率均有下降,心电图ST段均有改善,丹红组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现有研究表明丹红注射液能有效改善合并2型糖尿病的冠心病心绞痛患者心肌ST段缺血,使患者心电图复查有效率显著提高,并最终显著降低心绞痛发作率,且安全性更高。
