摘要
构建人际情报网络能够充分实现信息获取、情报分析和竞争情报系统优化的目的。文章在吸纳人际网络的相关理论基础上,结合竞争情报特点,分析了人际情报网络构建的目的,并从网络的冗余度、网络的规模、与关键节点的关系、网络所需的支出成本4个角度,提出人际情报网络的评审标准,旨在为人际情报网络的构建提供方向及评判的依据。
Constructing the human intelligence network can fully achieve the purpose of information acquisition,intelligence analysis and competitive intelligence system optimization.Based on the Absorption of the relevant theory of social network,and combining with the characteristics of competitive intelligence,this paper analyzes the purpose of constructing the human intelligence network,and proposes the assessment criteria of the human intelligence network from the perspective of the redundancy of the network,scale,relationship with the key nodes and the cost of the human intelligence network in an attempt to provide the direction and basis of evaluation for the construction of the human intelligence network.
