提出公共信息机构应参与数字遗产保存行动,对公共信息机构在数字遗产保存行动中的任务识别与选择方法、动态能力构建和具体工作机制等进行具体分析。
This article proposes that public information institutions should participate in digital heritage preservation actions.The article gives a detailed analysis of the task identification and selection methods,the dynamic capability building and the specific working mechanism of the public information institutions in digital heritage preservation actions.
