摘要
二极管钳位型多电平PWM整流器由于其诸多优势得到广泛的研究与应用,但直流母线电容电压不均衡问题将其应用一直局限于三电平拓扑。针对这一问题,采用一种混合钳位五电平拓扑应用于PWM整流器,分析该整流器在特有的交替混合PWM调制方式下的电路工作模态,开关电容电路等效电容的计算及适用于该变换器的双环控制算法。实验结果表明,该五电平整流器实现了直流母线电容电压的均衡与稳定,有效抑制了交流侧输入电流的畸变,实现了功率因数校正。
Due to the particular advantages,multilevel PWM rectifier has been widely researched and applied.However,for the diode-clamped neutral-point-clamped(NPC) topology,the problem of DC-link capacitor voltages imbalance has limited the relevant application to three-level.To solve the problem,this paper focuses on a hybrid-clamped five-level topology,which is applied in PWM rectifier,and the working modes of the converter under the condition of alternative hybrid PWM(AHPWM) modulation are analyzed.A method of calculating the equivalent capacitance of the switched-capacitor circuit is proposed.In addition,a practical dual-loop control method for the converter is discussed.The experimental results show that the five-level PWM rectifier can guarantee the DC-link capacitor voltages balance,restrain the distortion of the AC-side input current and realize power factor correction.
