摘要
综述了早期学者对图书馆社会责任研究的两个阶段,公共图书馆社会责任研究的发端、进展以及近年来着重研究的几个方面。指出公共图书馆的社会责任应该是其基本职责之外应该承担的工作。同时综述了公共图书馆社会责任的定义、内容、研究意义、实现途径。
This paper reveals the early two stages of library responsibility research.The start,progress and emphasis of the public library responsibility research in the recent years are elaborated,too.Public library responsibility should not include its basic accountability.The definition,content,significance and implementation of the public library responsibility are also summarized in this paper.
