摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,科技是第一生产力,科技与金融的有效结合是促进科技开发、成果转化和产业化,提升产业创新活力的必要条件,是推动自主创新、培育战略性新兴企业、加快经济增长方式转变和经济结构调整的有力支撑。首先进行辽宁战略新兴产业科技成果产业化的"科技金融"创新的必要性分析;其次研究了国内外"科技金融"支持战略性新兴产业科技成果产业化的现状;再次深入研究了基于创新链与产业链融合的辽宁省科技成果产业化的动态科技金融创新支持模式;最后构建辽宁省科技成果产业化的多维度科技金融创新服务平台,这将对辽宁省的产业结构调整、经济和社会的协调发展具有战略意义。
Finance is the core of modern economy.Science and technology is the first productive forces.The effective combination of technology and finance is a necessary condition to promote the development of science and technology,the transformation of achievements,the industrialization and the industrial innovation.It is a strong support to promote independent innovation,nurture emerging enterprises,and speed up the transformation of economic growth mode and strategic readjustment of economic structure.Firstly,this thesis made necessity analysis on ＂technology financial＂ innovation support system of commercialization and industrialization of science and technology of Liaoning strategic new industries;secondly,it researched on the status of the domestic and foreign ＂technology financial＂ innovation support system of commercialization and industrialization of science and technology;thirdly,it deeply researched on science and technology innovation dynamic supporting mode of Liaoning province based on the combination of innovation chain and industrial chain;lastly,it constructed ＂technology financial＂ innovation services platform of industrialization of science and technology of Liaoning province,which has strategic significance to adjust industrial structure and coordinate economic and social development in Liaoning Province.
