摘要
特殊的地理位置使得城乡结合部社会、经济等因素变得异常复杂 ,成为土地利用管理的簿弱部位 ,文章以郑州市为例 ,对城乡结合部的区域界定、土地利用特征、地域分异规律、建设用地扩展模式以及用途管制规则 5个方面进行了探讨 。
Areas between city and countryside is weak areas in landuse management due to the peculiar location and complicated social and economical conditions. This paper gives an example of the Zhengzhou city to mainly discuss areas determination, landuse feature, rule of regional differentiation, expanding pattern in urban landuse, regulation of landuse control.
