摘要
传统的已投产海洋石油平台工艺管道的维修、改造常采用焊接方式,此种修复方式需要动火作业,受到了油气易燃易爆等各种因素的严重制约。为此,研制了一种新型管道机械接头,该接头可不用动火作业实现管道的快速连接。以8 in新型管道机械接头为例,进行了多组液压、气密性、振动、爆破压力和脱拉试验。试验结果表明,新型管道机械接头的密封性和连接强度等性能均满足设计要求,通过了中国船级社(CCS)的机械接头设计认证。
Welding is adopted in traditional maintenance and improvement of the technological pipeline of offshore platform. This kind of repair method requires fire work operation and thus is severely restricted by flammable and explosive oil and gas. Therefore, a new type of mechanical joint for pipeline was developed. The joint can achieve quick connection of pipelines without use of fire work. Several experiments of hydraulic pressure, vibration, bursting pressure and pull-off were carried out with the 8-inch neotype joint as the example. The experimental findings show that the sealing and strength of the joint can satisfy the design requirement. It has been approved by China Classification Society (CCS) in terms of mechanical joint design.
