摘要
目的观察热敏灸法配以穴位注射等综合方法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法将120例患者随时机分为观察组、针灸组、穴注组,分别进行治疗,并观察三组疗效。结果观察组、针灸组、穴注组总有效率为92.5%,62.5%,70.0%,且观察组与后两组间比较,P<0.01,后两组之间比较P>0.05。结论观察组总有效率明显高于针灸组和穴注组。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of an integrative treatment, heat-sensitive moxibustion plus acupuncture injection, in managing hemifacial plasm. Method A hundred and twenty patients were randomized into an observation group, an acupuncture-moxibustion group, and an acupoint injection group to receive corresponding treatment. The therapeutic effects in the three groups were evaluated. Result The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group, versus 62.5% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group, and 70.0% in the acupoint injection group. It showed P〈0.01 when the observation group was compared with the latter two groups, and it showed P〉0.05 when the latter two groups were compared with each other. Conclusion The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and acupoint injection group.
