摘要
20世纪90年代以来,精益建造逐渐影响着建设工程施工管理的思想和方法,并在提升一些建筑企业的管理效率和经济效益中发挥重要作用.最后计划者系统(LPS)作为精益建造实施最有力的管理工具之一,已成为国际精益建造研究的重要领域,中国也正在开始这方面的研究.从LPS渊源入手,筒述了LPS内涵和演进历程;在梳理已有文献的基础上,勾勒出了LPS的研究框架;进而对LPS的运行方式、运行环境、运行评价和工程应用等相关方面研究进行了系统综述;在分析LPS已有研究成果局限性的基础上,展望了未来的研究方向.
Since the 1990s,lean construction has gradually influenced ideas and methods of construction management,and played constantly an important role in improving management efBciency and economic effectiveness in some construction enterprises.In international research field for lean construction,last planner system（LPS） is one of the most powerful implementation tools and has become an important part,but in China it is an emerging field.In this paper,the origin,connotation and evolution of LPS are illustrated.A framework of LPS is outlined based on researching the existing literatures.And under the framework,the related studies on its operation mode,operating environment,running evaluation and engineering applications are reviewed.Also the limitations of the existing studies are analyzed and the researches in the future are argued.
