摘要
从电子图书馆和信息资源管理入手,介绍知识管理的基本概念和应用,分析其对科学图书馆理论研究的启示,强调读者(用户)参与构建科学图书馆的新型馆藏资源是知识管理在科学图书馆的现实应用。
The terms like digital library and information resource management improve the research on the library and information science in the recent years, however, a new concept named 'knowledge management'emerges to put more emphasis on users attendance in the knowledge construction and use. Sci-tech libraries should make collection available on the Internet to make the users apply it more conveniently. Moreover, armed with IT,users can attribute to the new collection development by providing new information resource and innovative ideas.
