摘要
基于核子秤计量的磨矿自动给矿系统是一个集核子秤、工控机、PLC、变频器控制为一体的自动给矿系统,其在线非接触准确地测量物料流量,明显优于接触式的电子皮带秤。针对马坑矿业公司选矿厂给矿工艺及现场设备,介绍了磨矿给矿控制方案、核子秤工作原理及组成,详述了磨矿自动给矿系统硬、软件设计及实现的功能。改造应用实践表明,磨矿自动给矿系统运行稳定,实现了球磨机的均衡给矿,提高了球磨机的台时效率和磨矿质量,进而稳定了选矿厂的生产指标,提高了选矿厂的生产能力,获得了良好的经济效益。
Automatic ore-feeding system based on the measurement of nucleon weigher is a system combined with the functions of nucleon weigher, (industrial personal computer) IPC, PLC and frequency converter control. It exact- ly measures material flow non-contact online, which is obviously a more advanced form than contact-type electronic belt weigher. Specific to mineral processing plant and present facilities of Makeng mining company, the paper intro- duces grinding and feeding control system, the working mechanism and formation of nucleon weigher. It also describes in detail both hard and soft ware design of the automatic grinding and feeding system as well as realizable functions. Modification practices suggest that automatic grinding and feeding system work stably, which realizes balanced feeding of ball mill, improvess mill's machine-time efficiency and grinding quality and furthermore makes production index of the plant consistent, increases its production capacity and achieves more economic benefits.
