摘要
目的:优选虫草安肺片的提取工艺。方法:以盐酸麻黄碱提取量为评价指标,HPLC测定含量,选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选虫草安肺片的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为分别加10,8,8倍量水煎煮2,1,1 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺简单、可行,适应大生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。
Objective：To optimize extraction process of Chongcao Anfei tablet.Method： With yield of ephedrine hydrochloride as index,the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times was selected investigation factors,extraction technology of Chongcao Anfei tablet was optimized by orthogonal design.Result： Optimum extraction technology was as follows： 10,8,8 times the amount of water boiled 2,1,1 h.Conclusion： Optimized extraction technology was simple,feasible and met needs of large-scale production,it could provide references for further development of Chongcao Anfei tablet.
