高校管理机制是以人才培养为中心的教学、科研活动、行政与服务活动的运行及与之相配合的管理方式。健全和完善高校管理运行调节机制,要从调整组织结构、合理配置职能,加强管理协调规范建设,确立运行调节权威等方面入手。
To administration system in colleges and universities is to cultivate talent as the center of teaching,research,administration and service activities of the operation and the management mode.Improve and perfect the management mechanism,should from adjust the organizational structure,strengthen the management and coordination of reasonable configuration function of normative construction,establish operation regulation authority etc.
