摘要
针对河北开滦蔚州矿业公司长焰煤特点,结合振动混流干燥工艺,对长焰煤干燥工艺过程进行了研究,测定其工艺参数,考察煤炭的干燥效果,并对干燥过程进行优化。研究表明,该工艺既降低了单侯矿长焰煤的水分,提高了发热量,又节省了运输成本,实现煤炭增值。
According to the characteristic of Changyan coal of Yuzhou Danhou mine,the drying process of the coal was study on mixed flowing vibrating and drying system,the parameter was tested,and according to the drying effect the drying process was optimized.The experimental result shows that mixed flowing vibrating and drying system can reduce the moisture and improve the net calorific power of coal,by which transportation cost was saved and the value of coal was increased.
