摘要
常村煤矿综放工作面采用外错瓦排巷的方式,巷道变形量大。文章经过理论分析、数值计算等方式确定了合理的煤柱尺寸留设,采用全断面锚索支护的方式在常村矿井下瓦排巷进行了试验,放大了锚索的间排距,大大减少了锚索的长度,高强度、强力全断锚索支护技术真正实现了主动支护作用,充分发挥了围岩的自承能力;矿压监测数据分析显示,巷道变形得到了有效的控制,两帮移近量比原支护方式降低了90%以上,顶板离层基本无离层,顶底板移近量也明显减小,井下试验验证了该支护系统的科学性和合理性。
The gas roadway adopts the alternate exterior layout pattern,the deformation amount is large at the fully mechanized caving face in Changcun Coal Mine.By the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation methods,the rational coal pillar size is determined,the full section strength of show anchor support pattern is carried out in gas roadway of Changcun Mine,which enlarges the row and line space,reduces the anchor length greatly.By the high pre-tightening,full section strength of anchor support technology,active supporting role is realized,Surrounding rock self-bearing capacity is given fully play to.Ground pressure monitoring data analysis results show that the roadway deformation is controlled effectively,comparing to the original support way,the deformation amount of the roadway's sides is decreased by more than 90 percent,the roof layer has no separation,the convergence between roof and floor is reduced obviously,the underground test validates that the supporting system is scientific and rationale.
