摘要
西方比较政治学与国际关系学在理论路径上出现了明显接近的趋势。比较政治学形成了结构主义、理性主义和文化主义三大理论路径,国际关系学则发展出现实主义、自由主义和建构主义三支理论流派。从本体论、认识论和方法论等特征来看,结构主义与现实主义、理性主义与自由主义、文化主义与建构主义之间均表现出较为鲜明的一致性。理论合流趋势给中国比较政治学和国际关系学的学科建设带来新的机会。中国的和平发展是两学科合流研究的现实问题情境。在中国的和平发展研究中,有两个重要问题亟须两学科的合流研究:一是中国的政治制度与和平崛起之间的相容性,二是中国的政治学习与国际权力增长的相关性。比较政治学与国际关系学两大学科之间理论趋近的内在动力是人类对社会世界认识本身的无边界性以及这种认识逐渐深入后产生的同一性。社会科学的研究需要在分立的学科之间实现一种视阈融合。视阈融合的过程就是不同学科间开放对话的过程。
There is a clear congruence of theoretical approaches between Western comparative politics and international relations. In comparative politics, structuralism, rationalism and cultrualism are the leading theoretical paths, while realism, liberalism and constructivism are the main theoretical schools in international relations. In terms of the characteristics of ontology, epistemology and methodology, there are some obvious similarities between structuralism and realism, rationalism and liberalism, and cultrualism and constructivism. Such congruence brings new opportunities to the building of these two disciplines. In the peaceful development of China, there are two important questions demanding the congruence of these two disciplines: the compatibility of China’s political institutions and peaceful rise, and the correlation of China’s political learning and its growing international strength.
