摘要
目的通过总结医院2007-2010年传染病患者数及传染病种类,探讨分析预防控制传染病医院传播的对策。方法回顾性地分析医院2007-2010年接诊的传染病患者数及传染病种类。结果 2007年医院接诊传染病12种共1384例,2008年15种共1068例,2009年14种共1247例,2010年15种共1535例,从2008年起传染病数量不断增加,5234例传染病患者中,肝炎、结核病、手足口病的数量较多且增长较快。结论医护人员必须加强防护意识,严格按照医院传染病管理的相关规定,形成预防治疗传染病的防护体系,从而积极有效地预防控制传染病在医院内的传播。
OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the countermeasures for the spread of nosocomial infections.METHODS The number of the patients with infectious diseases and the type of infectious diseases from 2007 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS There were 1384 patients with 12 types of infectious diseases in 2007,1068 patients with 15 types of infectious diseases in 2008,1247 patients with 14 types of infectious diseases in 2009,1535 patients with 15 types of infectious diseases in 2010.The number of the cases with infectious diseases increased since 2008.Of the 5234 patients with infectious diseases,number of patients with hepatitis,tuberculosis,hand foot and mouth diseases occupied a large proportion and increased fast.CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the protection awareness of medical staff and strictly comply with the relevant provisions of hospital management of infectious diseases.Protective system against infectious diseases should be established in order to effectively prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases in hospital.
