摘要
目的探讨普伐他汀用于短期治疗充血性心力衰竭对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2009年4月-2010年4月医院住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者70例,作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用常规充血性心力衰竭治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,再予以普伐他汀治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度变化,两组患者治疗前后的血脂相关指标变化。结果观察组患者治疗后,TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平分别为(98±30)pg/ml、(4.5±0.80)pg/ml、(97±55)mg/L,对照组为(41±20)pg/ml、(1.5±0.50)pg/ml、(85±45)mg/L,下降幅度组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗2周后,对照组的血脂水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组患者的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白较治疗前有明显下降,治疗前后浓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普伐他汀用于对于充血性心力衰竭患者的短期治疗,可有效降低患者的炎症因子水平,减轻炎症反应,降低患者的血脂水平,缓解患者的病情。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of short-term pravastatin for treatment of congestive heart failure on inflammatory factors.METHODS A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failures from Apr 2009 to Apr 2010 were chosen as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were taken conventional treatment for congestive heart failure.The observation group were taken pravastatin for treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment.The changes of concentrations of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and lipid-related indicators for the two groups before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP for the two groups after treatment were as follows： the observation group（98±30 pg/ml,4.5±0.80 pg/ml,and 97±55 mg/L）,the control group（41±20 pg/ml,1.5±0.50 pg/ml,and 85±45 mg/L）,the difference in the decrease between the two groups was statistically（P〈0.05）;as compare with that before the treatment,there was no significant change of lipid level in the control group 2 weeks after the treatment;the TC and LDL-C of the observation group decreased significantly,as compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of short-term pravastatin for congestive heart failure can effectively decrease the level of inflammatory factors,reduce inflammation and blood lipid level,and ease the patient′s condition.
